Replacement and Refund Policy for Rawaniq Company: Thank you for your interest in Rawaniq Company. To ensure the provision of excellent service and meet your needs, we would like to present you with the specified replacement and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully: Policy of modifications and refunds – Rawaniq Company First: Fixed designs (posts – logos – profiles – visual identities – and any non-animated design) includes 3 free modifications for each design. If the client requests more than 3 modifications, 50 riyals will be charged for each additional modification. Clarification example: if the client requests 5 posts, each post has 3 free independent modifications. Refund rate for fixed designs after content approval and start of implementation: 75%. After the initial delivery stage: 50% refund rate. After final delivery: 0% refund rate. Second: Animated designs (videos) work includes 5 free modifications distributed across the implementation stages as follows: Sound stage: one free modification. Scene stage: two free modifications. Animation stage: two free modifications. Any additional modification after the free modifications are exhausted will be charged at 50 riyals per modification. Refund rate for animated designs before starting work (sound or scenes have not started): 100%. After approving the sound stage: 75%. After entering the scene stage: 50%. After starting the animation stage: 25%. After the final delivery and the client receives the video: 0% refund. Third: Procedures To request a replacement or refund, a formal request must be submitted at least 72 working hours before the start of work. Rawaniq Company reserves the right to study each request individually and make a final decision based on the circumstances and context.
